My third semester (well, if I don't include spring/summer) is underway. I have my second field experience class, my curriculum class, and my assessment class this semester. It is different than any other semester as all of the classes are integrated. Assignments overlap and each class is related to the others. It is a huge departure from last semester when I had Intro to Mathematical Proof and Thermodynamics! I'm looking forward to it although I'm still trying to get placed for my field experience class as where I was supposed to get placed in Detroit doesn't want to return my phone calls!

Progress on the web site continues. I've updated the travel page and it is finally up-to-date. I also made some progress behind the scenes as I finally went through my backlog of travel pictures and made decisions about which ones will be going on the web and which ones are coming off. Slowly but surely!

As the updates indicate, the web site conversion and update is finally complete! Thank goodness... Of course, this just means I need to keep the content up-to-date which can be almost as challenging. However, I will endeavor to keep with it and try to write a journal entry periodically.

My big work now will focus on getting the travel section up-to-date. I've got several new trips to catalog and I need to go through some of the older ones and keep only the good pictures. Fortunately, I've been doing this with my personal sets of pictures, so uploading new ones should be a bit easier.
